Vinpearl Golf Hai Phong is part of Vingroup's coastal defense project and was officially opened on April 29, 2017, making it the largest island golf course in Vietnam. Haiphong Pearl Golf Club is only 120 km from Hanoi’s capital and is about an hour’s drive from Cat Bi International Airport.

The Vinpearl Golf Hai Phong covers an area of 870 hectares with a total investment of VND 1,900 billion. It is surrounded by two beautiful rivers (Da Bach and Cam) in Honghua City. The 36-hole championship course is divided into a lakeside field (18 holes) and a swamp. The field (18 holes), designed and built by IMG Golf Company, uses natural landscapes to bring differences and difficulty to each golf hole. The Lake Course has an open space with long fairways and greens, and the swamp course needs to overcome the natural marshes here.
