Tan Son Nhat Golf Coursecovers a total area of approximately 156 hectares. The stadium covers an area of 111 hectares and was invested and developed by Long Bien Investment Corporation and managed by the Vietnamese Ministry of Defence. It is rated as one of the largest golf courses in Vietnam.

Tan Son Nhat Golf  has 36 PGA standard holes designed by Nelson & Haworth Golf Course Architects. There are 4 9-holes in the A, B and C&D areas with a length of approximately 3,620 to 3747 yards. A is the only course away from the clubhouse but located in the villa, hotel and apartment area. On the other hand, the other three courses are located next to the clubhouse and adjacent to the Tan Son Nhat International Airport. Tan Son Nhat Golf Club is one of the largest clubs in Asia, and is ideal for large banquets for up to 5,000 guests.
