Vietnam has been named Asia's top tourist destination of 2018

Hanoi, Vietnam -- Vietnam was named the "best tourist destination in Asia 2018" at the 2018 world tourism awards in Hong Kong, China, on September 3.

In addition to the 2018 best destinations in Asia award, Vietravel is one of several Vietnamese travel companies to be named 2018 Asia's leading tourism management company, its sixth consecutive award. In addition, the Da Nang Intercontinental Da Nang Sun Peninsula has won the leading green resort award in Asia, the luxury villa hotel award in Asia, the luxury resort award and the luxury wedding resort award.

The award highlights Vietnam's status as the best tourism destination in the asia-pacific region in 2018. It marks the growth of Vietnam's tourism industry and gives impetus to the full play of its advantages and potential to promote the growth of tourism.

World travel awards (WTA) was established in 1993, through more than 200000 of the world's tourism industry professional judges and passengers to vote, in the world (including America, Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa and the Caribbean, Indian Ocean, the Middle East) within the scope of tourism enterprises, select the best hotel, best airline, best tourism enterprises, such as dozens of awards.
